IT Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing the project according to established plans

• Plays a role in defining, planning, coordinating, and delivering the project

• Oversees all aspects of the project life cycle and collaborates with BU IT partners to manage all phases of the SDLC for a project

• Controls the project scope to ensure that commitments are met within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards, escalating issues to the PM III, Director IT, or Program Manager when necessary

• Collaborates with the sponsor to confirm financial forecasts and reconciles resources along with other project-related expenditures

• Creates communication strategies and interfaces to fulfill responsibilities

• Prepares input for key stakeholders on various elements of assigned initiatives

• Represents the project in multiple governance and inter-departmental forums

• Leads weekly Core Team and monthly Operating Committee meetings to review progress with essential stakeholders

• Monitors milestones while developing, maintaining, and reporting on a comprehensive integrated delivery plan, also reporting any deviations

• Produces project documentation for the sponsor's review

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or technology

• At least 3 years of IT/PM experience within a Multinational Organization

• PMP/PRINCE 2 or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is preferred

• A focused team player who thrives under pressure

• Excellent communication abilities

• Familiarity with PMBOK

• Strong presentation skills
