IT Project Manager – 100% teletrabajo

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Management of a project focused on transforming the client’s legacy systems to microservices technology.

• You will lead a team composed of solution architects, software developers, functional analysts, Front and Back APs, and QAs.

• Additionally, there will be UX and DevOps consultants included in the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in managing sizable IT projects (with more than 20 team members), preferably in technology transformation projects with expertise in continuous integration/deployment.

• Knowledge and experience with JEE, particularly in microservices architecture and DevOps concepts.

• End-to-end management of assigned projects, including scope and planning management, change management, communication, risk management, and financial control of resources.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills in matrix environments, adept at managing dependencies.

• Experience with both agile and waterfall methodologies.

• Results-oriented approach, with diligent tracking of planning and achievement of project goals.

• Experience in turnkey projects where resource optimization is critical.

• Residency in Madrid is required for occasional visits.

• A university degree related to IT or a similar field is necessary.
