This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee IT operations for production, logistics, and shopfloor IT systems during the initiation of cabin welding and paint shop facilities.
• Manage IT infrastructure tasks, which include LAN/WLAN networks, connectivity services, end-user workstations, industrial IT equipment, printers and labeling systems, servers, central IT services, and compliance with IT security standards.
• Coordinate testing, IT acceptance, operational readiness evaluations, transition to operations/support, post-launch stabilization, and project closure activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, encompassing backlog management, milestone timelines, dependency tracking, and risk management.
• Relay project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders while providing guidance to ensure alignment.
• Generate and prepare documentation along with Steering Committee reports.
• Oversee and manage project execution, including timelines, budget adherence, quality control, risk management, scope modifications, and corrective measures.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, which includes scheduling, agenda formulation, resource allocation, and participant communication.
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs that meet or surpass client expectations.
• Educational background in management, economics, computer science, or equivalent qualifications.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or shopfloor IT projects, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Relevant background as an IT project manager in a consulting setting.
• Certifications in traditional or agile project management are highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies and tools.
• High level of initiative and comfort in engaging with various clients to ensure project success.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
• Proficient in German (minimum B2 level).
• Capability to work independently.
