IT Project Coordinator – Financial Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Coordination of functional and technical aspects with colleagues regarding the ISP (Internal Service Platform of Finanz Informatik) and process automation, including autonomous research.

• Providing advice and acting as a liaison with team management and sales on application-specific inquiries — applicable both within and outside project contexts.

• Management and execution of testing: planning and coordinating regression and progression tests, developing and maintaining test cases and requirements, conducting manual tests, and overseeing test environments.

• Analyzing, assessing, and documenting test outcomes.

• Management of releases and information: coordinating release communications in close partnership with sales and team members.

• Customer support (second level): managing tickets, assisting with acceptance tests and pilot implementations, and organizing and following up on these processes.

• Documentation: upkeep of internal technical concepts, manuals, and additional customer documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preliminary experience with ISP/CITO environments along with knowledge of the core banking system utilized by the Sparkassen.

• Professional background in a project-coordinating capacity as well as in testing digital solutions.

• Industry expertise in the banking sector, especially concerning Sparkassen.

• Independent and dedicated work approach with the ability to quickly understand complex subjects.

• Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in written and spoken German.
