This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Guatemala.
• Oversee and monitor key technology project initiatives to ensure timely delivery, adherence to scope, and budget compliance.
• Facilitate collaborative efforts among Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE) technology projects.
• Assist in defining, organizing, and sustaining work initiatives using lean PMO and PDLC methodologies tailored to the project's size and complexity.
• Create and update essential project documentation, including scope definitions, schedules with milestones, deadlines, responsible parties, risk assessments, action items, and status updates.
• Supervise daily task execution, track deliverables, pinpoint obstacles, and escalate issues as necessary to achieve desired results.
• Organize and lead status meetings, prepare relevant materials, document outcomes, and ensure that follow-up actions are recorded.
• Generate reports and dashboards to convey the status of project efforts, emphasize key areas, and monitor remediation strategies.
• Manage communications regarding assigned projects, including status updates for both business and technology stakeholders.
• Evaluate project and portfolio data to detect risks, trends, and areas needing attention.
• Comply with PMO guidelines, project management standards, change management protocols, and any additional reporting or operational tasks assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting technology projects, programs, operations, or delivery functions.
• Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional efforts and generating project or portfolio-level reports in a technology context.
• Familiarity with agile and waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proficient in managing scope, schedules, risks, action items, and status updates.
• Skilled in using tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Project Online, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Excel, Word, and Power BI.
• Preferred experience in an enterprise PMO or in technology initiatives across Enterprise Applications, End User Services, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Global Real Estate (GRE).
• PMP, CAPM, or a comparable project management certification is preferred.
• Experience in supporting reporting for executive-level or leadership teams is preferred.
