IT Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.

📋 Description

• Procurement and Vendor Management

• Accounts Payable (AP) and Compliance

• Finance and FinOps (Cloud and SaaS Optimization)

• IT Asset Management and Infrastructure (ITAM)

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the complete procurement cycle, contract negotiation (including SLAs and pricing), and vendor management (particularly in IT/SaaS)

• Strong proficiency in 'Plan vs. Actual' analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and financial forecasting

• Familiarity with cloud cost structures (AWS/GCP), Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging

• Understanding of invoice processing workflows, 3-way matching, and fundamental accounting principles

• Experience in tracking hardware lifecycles and managing inventory systems

• Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets (including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/Query)

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

• Experience with ERP systems

• Russian language proficiency at C1+ level

• English language proficiency at B2 level
