IT Procurement & Contract Manager – Software, Cloud, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee commercial negotiations, RFPs, and contract renewals for the organization’s most significant software and IT agreements.

• Serve as the contract manager for specific key vendor accounts.

• Manage the organization’s contract portfolio with top AI providers.

• Take charge of administering centrally managed AI tools.

• Maintain and enhance the contract register along with KPI reporting.

• Function as an on-demand procurement consultant to IT team members handling small to mid-sized contracts.

• Recognize and address contractual risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, IT, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of practical experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or commercial contract negotiation.

• Demonstrated success in negotiations with enterprise software vendors.

• Comprehensive understanding of software licensing models (SaaS, enterprise, usage-based).

• Familiarity with GDPR and standard contract law.

• Excellent stakeholder management abilities with the capacity to influence and collaborate with international teams.

• Proficiency in German and English is required.
