IT Procurement and Contracts Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop procurement strategies for Digital Services.

• Oversee RFx initiatives, including drafting and negotiating substantial contracts.

• Ensure the best possible terms and conditions, including Statements of Work, Order Forms, and quotes.

• Maintain vendor relationships and assist with procurement-related issues.

• Offer mentorship, guidance, and support, fostering knowledge-sharing to aid less experienced team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in related procurement experience.

• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale RFP projects.

• Proficiency in drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts.

• Capability to redline all terms and conditions in agreements and/or SOWs.

• A degree in business administration or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
