This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Oversee the allocation of incoming support requests and tickets.
• Track and report on helpdesk performance metrics.
• Maintain and update operational reports and performance tracking systems.
• Manage inventories of hardware and software.
• Facilitate the purchase and replacement of equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to address equipment-related issues.
• Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
• Keep support documentation and process manuals up to date.
• Work alongside technical teams to guarantee efficient service provision.
• At least 2 years of experience in administration, helpdesk support, or technical support roles.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A customer-oriented and solution-driven attitude.
• Capability to effectively juggle multiple priorities.
• A dependable internet connection (fibre is preferred).
• An alternative solution for connectivity or power interruptions (such as UPS, inverter, generator, or other internet options where feasible).
