
IT Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Deliver daily IT assistance for staff concerning hardware, software, account, and access-related challenges.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, which includes laptop configuration, account setup, and equipment oversight.
• Diagnose basic issues related to networks, systems, printers, conferencing tools, and office technology.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors regarding IT requests and maintenance activities.
• Help maintain the inventory of laptops, accessories, and office IT equipment.
• Provide support for company tools and platforms, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Okta, and similar systems.
• Assist in documenting IT procedures, setup manuals, and internal protocols.
• Offer general operational assistance for office and cross-functional team requirements as needed.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Preferred 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, office IT, or a similar field.
• Fundamental understanding of computer systems, networking, and commonly used SaaS tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive.
