This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Conduct weekly live online group tutoring sessions through Zoom (approximately 1 hour per session) in an open-ended drop-in Q&A format.
• Assist learners with fundamental topics in IT operations and support, encompassing IT essentials, cloud operations (Microsoft Azure), security and compliance, AI-enhanced IT workflows, and IT support tools and ticketing systems.
• Occasionally create and introduce brief micro-project assignments that will be reviewed in the subsequent tutoring session; the majority of assignment design should be finalized in the early weeks of the contract.
• Ensure session content aligns with the program curriculum and the self-paced learning resources that learners are utilizing (DataCamp, Coursera for Impact).
• Collaborate closely with the Senior Program Manager and the Learning Designers to guarantee alignment with curriculum objectives and learner advancement.
• Provide brief asynchronous support between sessions.
• Offer structured feedback on learner progress and the quality of the program.
• Proven professional experience in IT operations, IT support, system administration, cloud operations, cybersecurity, or a closely related technical field.
• Comprehensive, current knowledge of IT tools, platforms, and workflows pertinent to the target role, including common helpdesk and ticketing systems, cloud operations (preferably Microsoft Azure / AZ-900), and relevant aspects of security, compliance, and identity (ideally across Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 / SC-900), along with AI-assisted IT support.
• Understanding of the German IT job market and workplace environment.
• Experience in training, teaching, mentoring, or facilitation.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German (C1 level or higher in each).
• Capability to clearly and accessibly explain complex technical topics to learners at an intermediate level.
• Fully remote - sessions conducted via Zoom.

• Potential for ongoing involvement in future Skill IT Up cohorts (running through December 2028).
