This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main point of contact between business units and IT departments.
• Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications and actionable solutions.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and ensure technology projects align with business goals.
• Provide progress updates on projects, system improvements, and resolution of issues.
• Collect, document, and verify business requirements.

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical problems.
• Assess system effectiveness and propose enhancements.
• Improve IT systems and business workflows.
• Aid technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.
• Foster innovation, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in an IT operational role focused on business analysis and systems enhancement.
• Strong analytical abilities with a knack for identifying, assessing, and resolving technical challenges.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Capability to collaborate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects within a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting.
• Understanding of IT systems, operational workflows, and systems improvement strategies.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and web-based applications.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team setting.
• Comfort in navigating complex challenges with minimal standardization.
• Detail-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for process improvement and operational excellence.
• Must reside within the United States.
