📋 Description

• Delivers business updates, conducts data analysis, and offers essential technical support to facilitate strategic, operational, and business planning, as well as performance measurement, monitoring, and reporting.

• Completes tasks under close supervision.

• Provides solutions to problems to assist fellow team members.

• Gathers and utilizes foundational business knowledge.

• Engages in problem resolution and identifies issues that should be escalated.

• Exercises judgment within defined parameters.

• Collects and maintains data related to performance metrics.

• Tracks daily business performance metrics.

• Alerts leadership if any issues arise.

• Foundational understanding of the business.

• Skills in problem resolution and the ability to pinpoint issues that require escalation.

• Ability to exercise judgment within established parameters.

• Proficient in collecting and maintaining data relevant to performance measures.

• Capable of monitoring daily business performance metrics and informing leadership when issues occur.

• Basic computer skills — Advanced level.

• Technical troubleshooting skills — Intermediate level.

• Proficiency in O365 Office Suite — Intermediate level.
