📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for Velixo's comprehensive information security program.

• Directly oversee the operational implementation of SOC 2 Type II.

• Collaborate with external auditors to coordinate audit cycles.

• Conduct access reviews, vendor security assessments, and vulnerability evaluations.

• Manage identity provider, SSO, MFA, and conditional access policy administration.

• Oversee the IT lifecycle for all employees, including laptop provisioning and account creation.

• Maintain an inventory of SaaS and software licenses; handle renewals and IT procurement.

• Supervise non-production server environments.

• Manage backup tools and the disaster recovery strategy.

• Offer technical support to internal users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT and information security.

• At least 3 years in a senior IT/security position with direct accountability for the security program.

• Proven end-to-end ownership of at least one SOC 2 Type II audit cycle.

• Strong understanding of identity and access management principles.

• Hands-on experience with MDM and endpoint security tools.

• Proficient in managing virtualized environments.

• Solid foundation in networking principles, firewalls, and secure remote access.

• Exceptional written communication abilities.
