IT Manager

📋 Description

• Design, execute, and sustain enterprise technology solutions spanning on-premise infrastructure, cloud services, applications, security, and collaboration platforms.

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for designated technologies, delivering Tier 3/4 support and conducting root-cause analysis for intricate issues.

• Oversee technical deployments, upgrades, integrations, and migrations while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

• Establish and uphold technical standards, configurations, and best practices.

• Contribute to system architecture, technology roadmaps, and lifecycle planning initiatives.

• Assess emerging technologies and offer recommendations that align with business and security needs.

• Ensure solutions comply with organizational, regulatory, and security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO, CUI, etc., as applicable).

• Architect, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 services effectively.

• Implement security measures and configurations to safeguard systems and data.

• Engage in vulnerability remediation, incident response, and audit readiness activities.

• Collaborate with business units, vendors, and IT leadership to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise IT environments.

• Advanced expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 / identity platforms.

• Advanced knowledge in infrastructure (compute, storage, virtualization).

• Advanced understanding of networking and security technologies.

• Advanced experience with enterprise applications and their integrations.

• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex, cross-platform technical issues.

• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration abilities.
