IT Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical assistance to company staff;

• Offer first-line support (Help Desk/Service Desk);

• Aid in the installation, configuration, and upkeep of computers, software, and peripherals;

• Help manage access, user accounts, and permissions;

• Assist in the monitoring and structuring of IT infrastructure;

• Log and track technical support tickets;

• Contribute to the maintenance of networks, VPNs, and hardware;

• Support the IT team in internal enhancements and automation efforts;

• Provide remote assistance to employees;

• Help with inventory processes and IT asset management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program for Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Networks, or a related discipline;

• Knowledge or hands-on experience with AWS is considered a valuable asset;

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN);

• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems;

• Strong communication skills and a cooperative mindset for engaging with internal users;

• Organized, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning.
