IT Infrastructure Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive infrastructure projects (such as Cloud migrations, data centers, networks, and workplace initiatives), ensuring they are delivered within the established timeframes, budgets, and specifications.

• Define and manage the project's scope, plans, and milestones, which includes resource allocation and detailed scheduling.

• Lead risk, issue, and change management throughout the entire project lifecycle, implementing proactive mitigation strategies and escalations as necessary.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure alignment among business, architecture, and operations.

• Maintain transparent communication and reporting with stakeholders, including senior management and steering committees.

• Build robust relationships with stakeholders and promote effective collaboration across global delivery teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in IT project management, specifically focused on infrastructure environments (including network, Cloud, and data centers).

• Demonstrated success in delivering complex, large-scale projects within international enterprise settings.

• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies (such as Cloud platforms, servers, storage, networking, and security).

• Exceptional project management skills, proficient in methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.

• Relevant certifications are preferred (such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capability to operate at an executive level.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively in English.

• Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
