IT Infrastructure Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management and progression of Microsoft Active Directory within a complex enterprise setting.

• Take ownership of Exchange and Exchange Hybrid (both on-premises and Exchange Online), ensuring reliability, security, and seamless integration.

• Design, implement, and manage Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which includes certificate lifecycle administration.

• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 / Entra ID identity services, roles, and access frameworks.

• Execute and support ADFS / SSO and federation scenarios for both internal and external applications.

• Ensure secure access control, authentication, and authorization across various platforms.

• Work collaboratively with network, platform, and application teams on identity-related integrations.

• Promote continuous enhancement of identity and messaging architectures and operational methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Active Directory (architecture, trusts, GPO, troubleshooting).

• Demonstrated experience with Exchange (on-premises) and Exchange Hybrid.

• Solid practical knowledge of PKI (Root/Issuing CAs, templates, CRL/OCSP).

• Experience in Microsoft 365 / Entra ID within hybrid environments.

• Practical understanding of ADFS / SSO, federation, and claims-based authentication.

• Strong background in Windows Server within enterprise settings.

• Capability to work independently, take initiative, and serve as a technical lead.

• Proficiency in English: Intermediate or above.
