This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Assist in the operations of Tier 1 help desk and support activities for users.
• Help with the creation and maintenance of user accounts, along with basic access management responsibilities.
• Acquire knowledge and support AI-enhanced help desk operations and IT support solutions.
• Aid in the setup of workstations, software, and systems.
• Provide initial troubleshooting assistance for common technical problems.
• Keep records of support activities and maintain accurate documentation of assigned tasks.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure prompt resolution of technical queries.
• A keen interest in Information Technology, Help Desk Support, Cybersecurity, or similar technical disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of computers and a readiness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following established procedures.
• A professional demeanor and a desire to gain practical IT experience.
• Practical experience in IT support operations.
