This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Oversee the complete fulfilment process from approval to delivery, deployment, and financial closure.
β’ Confirm requisitions, chargebacks, invoices, and asset records for financial precision, audit adherence, and cost management.
β’ Manage logistics, vendor relationships, and internal resources to adhere to deployment schedules and service level agreements.
β’ Track fulfilment and project performance utilizing KPIs, timelines, variance analysis, and risk evaluations.
β’ Address issues as necessary.
β’ Assist project managers and the PPMO in planning, executing, reporting, and concluding project activities.
β’ Generate portfolio, status, and variance reports to aid leadership in decision-making.
β’ Enhance processes by scrutinizing workflows, suggesting efficiencies, documenting SOPs, and fostering continuous improvement initiatives.
β’ Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to align expectations, facilitate change, and achieve favorable outcomes.
β’ Diploma or bachelorβs degree in supply chain, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
β’ A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an enterprise IT/project setting.
β’ At least 2 years of experience in IT asset management, procurement, or logistics.
β’ Experience in a nonprofit or multi-site environment.
β’ Familiarity with ERP and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
β’ Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
β’ Working knowledge of GL coding and chargeback systems.
β’ Demonstrated ability to manage project and program finances, including budgets, forecasts, accruals, and cost monitoring.
β’ Practical experience in coordinating schedules, documenting plans, and maintaining centralized records for fulfilment and project deliverables.
β’ Strong comprehension of the entire fulfilment management lifecycle and related tools and methodologies.
β’ Capability to ensure high data accuracy, detect discrepancies, and maintain disciplined process compliance.
β’ Effective communication skills with vendors and stakeholders, ability to negotiate timelines, influence without authority, and collaboratively resolve issues.
β’ Proficiency in French is a plus.
β’ Adaptable and customer-oriented problem solver capable of juggling multiple priorities, anticipating challenges, and proposing cost-effective solutions.
