IT Field Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Deploy, configure, and manage IT hardware and networking systems across various job sites.

• Provide hands-on assistance to end users, addressing connectivity, hardware, and software issues.

• Conduct preventative maintenance, updates, and repairs on IT systems.

• Assist in the implementation of site technologies, including cameras, access control, and project communication systems.

• Work in conjunction with IT teams to ensure that field systems meet company security protocols.

• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations and service tickets.

• Deliver prompt and professional communication to end users and leadership.

• Travel to job sites as necessary to support ongoing IT operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in IT, specifically in a field support or infrastructure role.

• Proficient understanding of networking, Windows systems, and hardware troubleshooting.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a dynamic, field-oriented environment.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites as necessary.
