This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage essential IT systems, including MDM (Jamf), Google Workspace, and identity/access management tools, ensuring that configurations comply with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC standards.
• Oversee IT projects from initial requirements to full implementation, such as SaaS tool deployments, onboarding/offboarding automation, and endpoint compliance initiatives.
• Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 helpdesk support, acting as the escalation point for complex issues.
• Conduct endpoint lifecycle management, encompassing imaging, configuration, policy enforcement, compliance reporting, and decommissioning.
• Manage SaaS application access and provisioning workflows, along with conducting access reviews.
• Facilitate user onboarding and offboarding by managing access via Google Admin Console and associated identity tools, collaborating with People Ops, Security, and IT to ensure timely and compliant access modifications.
• Implement security controls in accordance with NIST SP 800-171, such as logging, SIEM integration, incident response capabilities, and endpoint configuration management.
• Work with third-party vendors and internal teams on SaaS tool deployments, troubleshooting, contract renewals, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain IT documentation, runbooks, and process enhancements to foster operational consistency and decrease ticket volume.
• A minimum of 4 years in IT operations, systems administration, or IT engineering roles.
• Proficiency in managing MDM platforms (Jamf preferred), including device enrollment, policy creation, and compliance reporting.
• Experience in managing endpoints at scale within an enterprise setting.
• Familiarity with Google Admin Console or similar directory/identity management platforms, including user lifecycle management and security policy configuration.
• Proven capability to lead IT projects from scoping through to delivery with minimal supervision.
• Background in SaaS administration and access provisioning workflows.
• Understanding of change management processes and IT documentation practices.
• Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems and structured troubleshooting methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a remote, asynchronous work environment.
• Must be a US citizen and eligible for CUI access.
