IT Digital Workplace Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the performance of Windows and mobile devices utilizing Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager.

• Set up and uphold device compliance policies, configuration profiles, Windows Autopilot implementations, and application deployments.

• Offer expert assistance for Microsoft 365 and endpoint technologies.

• Resolve intricate technical problems and ensure an outstanding end-user experience.

• Promote productivity enhancements through automation and self-service initiatives.

• Improve IT service delivery processes, including ServiceNow workflows and knowledge management.

• Provide support for Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.

• Oversee authentication and access controls, such as Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO.

• Manage identity governance and access management using SolarWinds ARM.

• Perform access reviews and assist in audits.

• Work in collaboration with Information Security and business stakeholders to uphold least-privilege access controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proactive attitude towards service management.

• Experience in an ITIL-based service management setting.

• Background in contributing to infrastructure or digital transformation initiatives.

• Familiarity with ServiceNow or a similar ITSM platform.

• Capability to manage incidents, service requests, changes, and knowledge documentation.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft 365 services.

• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and modern endpoint management.

• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), identity management, Conditional Access, and MFA.

• Proficiency in English.
