
IT & Digital Enablement Lead – Africa Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Africa.
• Oversee daily IT operations, user assistance, system uptime, and problem resolution.
• Uphold IT protocols, documentation, system surveillance, and management of user access.
• Administer and support enterprise systems, business applications, and collaborative platforms.
• Manage system maintenance, vendor assistance, automation, and initiatives for process enhancement.
• Facilitate the deployment and adoption of digital tools by providing user training, guidance, and support.
• Act as the intermediary between business users and technology vendors/service providers.
• Ensure the stability, security, maintenance, hosting, and technical support of the website.
• Implement fundamental cybersecurity measures, access control, and data protection strategies.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to guarantee effective and cost-efficient service delivery.
• Generate operational IT reports and maintain records of IT assets and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, or technology support.
• Proven experience in managing business applications and enterprise systems.
• Experience in coordinating with vendors and technology service providers.
• Experience providing support to users in professional services or consulting environments is a plus.
• Practical experience in supporting collaboration tools, cloud platforms, and digital workplace technologies.
• Preferred certifications include: ITIL4 Foundation and higher levels, Microsoft Certifications, AWS or Cloud Fundamentals, Cybersecurity Fundamentals, and Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM) are advantageous.
