IT Deployment Manager – Infrastructure, New Site Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive IT delivery for new imaging center launches, relocations, mergers/acquisitions, and expansion initiatives.

• Ensure synchronization with construction schedules and proactively recognize risks that may affect opening timelines.

• Uphold uniform implementation standards, processes, and quality benchmarks across all locations.

• Act as the primary escalation point for intricate technical or operational challenges that impact timelines, budgets, or readiness.

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of Implementation Engineers to guarantee high performance and consistent delivery.

• Efficiently allocate resources across various projects based on priority, complexity, and timelines.

• Establish accountability for project milestones, SLA compliance, go-live preparedness, and implementation results.

• Identify skill deficiencies and offer coaching to enhance technical and project delivery proficiencies.

• Function as a player-coach by directly assisting with implementations during high-demand periods or critical project phases.

• Conduct or supervise on-site and remote technical tasks, including network and infrastructure setup, ISP and low-voltage vendor coordination, hardware deployment, and telecom setup.

• Provide on-site leadership during go-live events to ensure smooth activation and prompt issue resolution.

• Create and standardize scalable implementation processes to facilitate ongoing organizational growth.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators such as on-time center openings, budget compliance, go-live defect rates, and post-implementation incident trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure, implementations, or service delivery environments.

• More than 3 years of leadership experience managing technical teams or implementation resources.

• Demonstrated success in supporting multi-site expansion initiatives or large-scale rollout programs.

• Experience in healthcare, imaging, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.

• Strong understanding of WAN/LAN networks, VPNs, and firewalls.

• Knowledge of low-voltage cabling and site infrastructure requirements.

• Experience with ISP circuit provisioning and vendor coordination.

• Proficiency in wireless networking, switching, and endpoint deployments.

• Skills in Windows desktop troubleshooting and support.

• Capability to independently execute implementation tasks when necessary.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including experience in executive-level reporting.

• Ability to operate with urgency, accountability, and minimal oversight in a high-growth environment.

• Familiarity with modality integration, PACS/RIS systems, and clinical workflows is advantageous.
