IT Demand and Portfolio Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Oversee the IT demand management process by gathering, assessing, and prioritizing requests from various business units.

• Create, sustain, and disseminate dashboards and reports that ensure clear visibility into demand intake.

• Validate that business cases are comprehensive and ready for decision-making by coordinating necessary inputs such as approvals and estimates.

• Track the demand intake lifecycle to guarantee that requests advance smoothly through established stages.

• Collaborate with project and operational leaders to oversee portfolio execution and pinpoint resource limitations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant education, certifications, and experience sufficient to fulfill the complete responsibilities of the position.

• At least five (5) years of experience in IT or a related professional field.

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification from the Project Management Institute is preferred.

• A minimum of one (1) IT or professional certification, such as Epic, Workday, Dimensions, ServiceNow, ITIL, or PMP.
