IT Delivery Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee financial forecasts against actual results to ensure precise monitoring of IT Delivery project performance.

• Perform SAP financial operations to facilitate reporting, transactions, and data integrity requirements.

• Calculate, verify, and record financial accruals to guarantee accurate month-end and quarter-end closing procedures.

• Prepare and reconcile vendor billing and capacity reports to ensure precise financial reporting and resource tracking.

• Examine financial discrepancies to determine root causes and implement corrective measures.

• Aggregate financial data into master spreadsheets to aid in reporting and decision-making.

• Create ad-hoc financial reports to assist with business inquiries and leadership needs.

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements to improve efficiency in financial tracking and reporting workflows.

• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards for financial processes.

• Actively engage and follow up with directors, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to collect necessary financial information, clarify outstanding issues, secure timely decisions or approvals, and guarantee reporting deadlines are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not strictly necessary) in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.

• CPA or equivalent accounting certification (beneficial but not essential).

• At least five (5) years of relevant professional experience in financial analysis, forecasting, accrual management, financial reporting, or similar financial operations.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience working with SAP financial modules and reporting functionalities.

• At least five (5) years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and managing complex datasets.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial reconciliation, discrepancy analysis, and reporting.

• At least five (5) years of experience with vendor billing, procurement systems, or capacity reporting tools.

• Familiarity with tools such as Ivalua, PEATS, or similar enterprise systems is an advantage.
