This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect and document intricate business requirements, data definitions, and governance rules from healthcare stakeholders.
• Assist in designing enterprise data models and mapping cross-functional data lineages within the Profisee MDM platform.
• Conduct data profiling and root-cause analysis to uncover anomalies, gaps, and data quality concerns.
• Create, implement, and sustain Quality Assurance test plans and validation scripts for MDM integrations.
• Configure and oversee matching, merging, survivorship, and business rules within the master data ecosystem.
• Facilitate the administration of automated data stewardship workflows for clinical and administrative data owners.
• Collaborate with data engineers and architects to support ETL/ELT pipelines and target-system integrations.
• Monitor data health metrics, uphold quality thresholds, and partake in technical data remediation initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation of industry compliance standards, privacy laws, and security protocols through data policies and governance practices.
• Experience in supporting Master Data Management (MDM) processes and solutions, ideally within the Profisee platform.
• Understanding of clinical, financial, or operational business processes with the ability to convert business needs into data requirements.
• Experience in data profiling, data validation, and data quality analysis.
• Familiarity with quality assurance methodologies, testing techniques, and validation processes for data and system integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document business requirements, data definitions, and process workflows.
• Proficiency in relational databases with the capability to query, analyze, and interpret large datasets.
• Experience working in an Agile environment, encompassing sprint planning, backlog refinement, and project delivery.
• Ability to convey technical concepts and data-related insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance, data security, privacy requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analysis is required.
• Prior experience working directly with healthcare data domains, such as patient, provider, or clinical data, is essential.
• Progressive experience in data lifecycle management, data warehousing, or enterprise software implementations.
• Familiarity with Master Data Management software, specifically Profisee.
• Understanding of relational databases and structured query tools, including SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS Glue, and cloud data warehouses.
• Knowledge of enterprise reporting and data visualization platforms, such as Power BI or Tableau.
