IT Data Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance on a variety of projects and initiatives.

• Support the piloting and implementation of new processes or enhancements across various departments.

• Create and update process documentation.

• Evaluate existing workflows and processes to identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with departmental subject matter experts and leaders on process enhancements and reporting.

• Develop, maintain, and produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPI reports in conjunction with department managers.

• Execute daily operational processes and procedures.

• Pilot new internal procedures and processes.

• Coordinate with Allied operational units to address issues and implement enhancement requests.

• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.

• Assist with team projects and urgent special initiatives.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.

• 2-3 years of relevant experience as a business, systems, or data quality analyst is required.

• Prior experience with SQL, particularly SQL Server, and report writing is necessary.

• Proficiency in MS Office and VBA, especially Access, is preferred.

• General knowledge of project management, particularly waterfall methodology.

• Technically adept at understanding and adapting to new software applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to obtain cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with speeds of at least 100Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.

• Ability to engage in extended periods of sitting and computer work.
