IT-Consultant, Projektleitung

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Planning and management of digitization projects for district, city, and municipal administrations in collaboration with your project team.

• Analysis and optimization of processes related to our financial software and the associated specialist departments.

• Training and implementation of users in new projects and for existing customers.

• Project control including cost monitoring, resource planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.

• Ensuring project success on time, within budget, and within scope.

• Supporting sales in calculating and delineating offers as well as further developing our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or a degree, for example, in the fields of economics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.

• Initial professional experience in project management and experience in leading project teams of 2-10 people over several months.

• Regional willingness to travel in northern and eastern Germany (approximately 1 day/week).

• Desirable: Basic knowledge in accounting and experience in the municipal sector.

• Strong communication skills, commercial thinking, and a proactive working style.

• Excellent German language skills (minimum C1).
