IT Consultant, Project Manager – ECM/DMS SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will take over new clients from the Sales team following contract signing and kick off the engagement with an introductory project meeting.

• You will analyze and document the customer's current processes and implement them within Amagno.

• You will coordinate project activities, including scheduling, liaising with partners, and ensuring alignment with both internal and external stakeholders.

• You will conduct Amagno Basic & Advanced training sessions remotely.

• You will manage approximately 10 customers, conducting proactive health checks and occasionally initiating upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

• You will generate invoices for the services you provide and track your monthly revenue.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in the ECM/DMS field.

• Practical understanding of the typical requirements, workflows, and challenges associated with these systems.

• Strong empathy and customer focus: you will engage with executives, IT managers, and administrative staff—often all three in a single project.

• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of your projects.

• An entrepreneurial mindset: you comprehend that your hours directly affect company success and you aspire to influence that positively.

• Preferred: experience in delivering training or facilitating workshops.

• Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (Miro, Google Docs, weclapp) is a plus.
