IT Consultant, Project Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and coordinating digitalization initiatives for district, city, and municipal administrations in collaboration with your project team.

• Evaluating and enhancing processes related to our financial software and associated specialist departments.

• Conducting training and onboarding sessions for end users on new projects and with current clients.

• Managing project oversight, including budget tracking, resource allocation, risk assessment, and stakeholder engagement.

• Ensuring project delivery is on schedule, within budget, and meets scope requirements.

• Assisting the sales team with pricing strategies and proposal delineation, as well as contributing to the ongoing development of our clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree, such as in economics, business administration, or a similar field.

• Initial professional experience in project management, with a track record of leading project teams of 2-10 members on multi-month projects.

• Willingness to travel regionally within northern and eastern Germany (approximately 1 day per week).

• Preferred: Basic knowledge of accounting and familiarity with the municipal sector.

• Excellent communication abilities, a business-oriented mindset, and a proactive approach to work.

• Proficient German language skills (minimum C1 level).
