This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing expert advice to our clients while independently designing, implementing, and deploying customized solutions utilizing the TIVITY platform.
• Developing comprehensive solutions — from the initial concept, through detailed user stories and mockups, to the final product.
• Serving as the primary liaison between clients and the project/development team to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Performing thorough product and competitive analyses of innovative and industry-leading software solutions.
• Leading workshops to identify solutions for complex, technically challenging topics.
• Capturing the client's vision and requirements while creating wireframes to illustrate user flows.
• Planning a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Iteratively building the product on the platform, encompassing data models, data queries, user interfaces, and workflows.
• Validating findings through user surveys and interviews, followed by necessary adjustments.
• Completed vocational training in the IT field or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics/Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in roles such as IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or a similar position.
• Capable of analyzing and interpreting user/product requirements and developing and implementing solution strategies.
• Proven experience in coordinating activities and/or managing projects.
• Familiarity with change, release, and test management processes.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, combined with a solution-oriented mindset and analytical thinking.
• Experience working with distributed teams and remote work — a dedicated home office space and reliable infrastructure are essential.
• Strong customer focus, personal accountability, planning and organizational skills, along with determination.
• Understanding of agile methodologies and software development practices (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and proficiency in both German and English.
• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is advantageous but not mandatory.
