IT Consultant – Digital Product Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Providing consultation to our clients and independently conceptualizing, realizing, and implementing customized solutions based on the TIVITY platform.

• Developing comprehensive solutions, from the initial idea through detailed user stories and mockups to the final product.

• Acting as the central interface between clients and the project/development team to ensure project success.

• Conducting in-depth product and competitive analyses of innovative and market-leading software solutions.

• Facilitating workshops to find solutions for complex and technically demanding topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector or a degree in business administration, business informatics, engineering, or computer science.

• At least 2 years of experience as an IT consultant, product manager, solution architect, or in similar roles.

• Ability to analyze and interpret user/product requirements, develop solutions, and implement them.

• Experience in managing activities and/or projects.

• Familiarity with change, release, and test management.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and assertiveness skills, along with a solution-oriented and analytical mindset.

• Experience with distributed teams and remote working, including having a dedicated home office space and good infrastructure.

• Strong customer orientation, responsibility, planning and organizational skills, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Knowledge of agile working and software development methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) along with fluent German and English language skills.

• Certification as a Professional Scrum Master or Scrum Product Owner is a plus, though not a requirement.
