IT Consultant, BPM, Process Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will support and advise our clients on BPM projects while actively participating in the orchestration and automation of their business processes.

• You will create thoughtfully designed BPM architectures that clearly distinguish between process and business logic in collaboration with our clients.

• You will implement business processes and write clean, maintainable, and easily testable code.

• You will evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for optimization.

• Together with our clients, you will design and model new processes using BPMN 2.0 and assist in their implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in (business) computer science or an equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in process automation, preferably with consulting experience.

• Proficient knowledge of Java, Spring, and Docker.

• Experience with BPMN 2.0 and/or other process management tools such as Signavio or Adonis.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment within a growing company.
