This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global Process Owners, Finance Shared Services, and local Finance teams to analyze requirements and design targeted finance processes.

• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops to uncover automation opportunities across essential end‑to‑end finance and controlling processes.

• Take ownership of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) solution design and configuration.

• Propel automation and digital finance initiatives forward.

• Manage projects and workstreams from start to finish.

• Ensure excellence in testing and readiness for deployment.

• Deliver ongoing support and foster continuous improvement while mentoring team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• SAP certifications and project management qualifications are beneficial.

• 10 to 15 years of professional experience in SAP Finance and Controlling.

• Proven experience in leading finance automation and digitalization projects.

• Knowledge of AI- and ML-driven finance applications.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and consulting-level communication skills.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable. Knowledge of additional European languages is an advantage.
