IT Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with global Process Owners, Finance Shared Services, and local Finance teams to analyze requirements and design targeted finance processes.

• Facilitate Fit‑to‑Standard / Fit‑Gap workshops to identify automation opportunities within core end‑to‑end finance and controlling processes.

• Take ownership of the design and configuration of SAP Finance (FI) & Controlling (CO) solutions.

• Champion automation and digital finance initiatives.

• Oversee projects and workstreams from start to finish.

• Ensure excellence in testing and readiness for deployment.

• Provide continuous support and drive ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 10–15 years of professional experience in SAP Finance & Controlling.

• Proven track record in leading finance automation and digitalization projects.

• Knowledge of AI- and ML-driven finance use cases.

• In-depth understanding of finance and controlling processes.

• Strong stakeholder management and top-tier communication skills.

• Proficient in English; proficiency in Italian is highly desirable; additional European languages are an advantage.
