This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee IT modifications associated with the HRIT ecosystem, ensuring effective planning, execution, support, and adoption of solutions.
• Cultivate relationships with SaaS providers, keeping track of deliverables, service level agreements (SLAs), incidents, enhancements, releases, and system advancements.
• Guarantee the operational availability and reliability of HRIT systems by coordinating incidents, maintenance, communications, and service recovery efforts.
• Aid in technology transformation projects focusing on AI, Data Warehousing, Data, and Security, aligning activities between business and technology teams.
• Promote effective communication and alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and business units.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and change-readiness initiatives to support decision-making and enhance team engagement.
• Oversee risks, dependencies, schedules, and expectations related to change initiatives.
• Track progress of activities and assist in the adoption of new processes, technologies, and working methods.
• Proven experience in IT Change Management, Digital Transformation, Project Management, or similar fields.
• Familiarity with HRIT environments, enterprise applications, and technology change management.
• Experience in managing vendors, SaaS services, and technology partnerships.
• Understanding of enterprise systems operations, incident management, and service availability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and relationship development.
• Analytical mindset, adept at problem-solving, managing risks, and prioritizing multiple demands.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, technology projects, and external vendors.
• Business acumen to ensure IT initiatives align with organizational goals.
• Proficient or fluent in English for effective communication in a global setting.
• Preferred: experience with HRIT transformation, Digital Workplace initiatives, or large-scale enterprise applications.
• Preferred: knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Data & Analytics, Data Warehousing, or Cybersecurity.
• Preferred: familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Preferred: understanding of ITSM and ITIL processes.
• Preferred: certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Prosci, or similar.
