Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and expand influencer portfolios.

• Assist creators in enhancing their platform visibility and obtaining brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, including both emerging talents and established influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with brands and agencies.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies for clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to refine strategies and expand the talent roster.

• Operate independently in a fast-paced, remote setting.

• Manage creators' careers, audience growth, and content monetization.

• Utilize proprietary software to assist in talent management and deal negotiations.

• Knowledge of major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently and pursue your own objectives.

• Determination to complete tasks effectively.

• Experience in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies is advantageous.
