Clinical Team Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials and manage project activities.

• Actively identify, address, or mitigate risks and issues, and escalate them to the PM/PD and Head of Clinical Operations when necessary.

• Confirm that project team members, including CRAs, Site Managers, and CTAs, receive training in GCP, SOPs, indications, protocols, and study-specific procedures and requirements.

• Create, review, and update project documentation, such as clinical monitoring plans, CRF completion guidelines, study-specific operating manuals, and study-specific forms.

• Implement corrective and preventative actions, including revising study guidance documents, facilitating retraining, and conducting co-monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience leading clinical research across multiple studies.

• Proven track record in managing the clinical aspects of studies across various regions or with equivalent complexities.

• Experience with Phase 2/3 trials, preferably involving complex studies like oncology or rare diseases.

• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic small CRO environment while juggling multiple projects.

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a science-related field.

• Competence to work efficiently with minimal oversight.
