Creator Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee influencer portfolios and assist creators in enhancing their platform presence while securing brand partnerships.

• Identify and onboard new creators, targeting both emerging and established influencers.

• Establish and maintain partnerships with brands and agencies to book talent for various campaigns.

• Negotiate agreements with brands and record labels.

• Formulate content strategies for creator clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to strategize and expand Grail’s talent roster.

• Manage creator careers, focusing on audience growth and content monetization.

• Operate independently in a vibrant, fast-paced remote setting.

• Highly knowledgeable about major social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capable of working independently and managing your own agenda.

• Willing to strive to complete tasks effectively.

• Bonus: background in talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies.
