This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a point of contact for designated business areas, offering consultative support regarding business and user requirements as well as technology solutions.
• Execute feasibility assessments and create user stories, business requirements, system specifications, and programming specifications.
• Provide both functional and technical assistance during the development, implementation, and testing phases of complex projects.
• Establish user acceptance criteria, test plans, and test scenarios; carry out functional and user acceptance testing, securing user sign-off.
• Oversee system implementation, operational readiness, warranty support, production assistance, project analytics, and reporting.
• Facilitate the gathering of business requirements and assess technical impacts.
• Review and clarify user stories and acceptance criteria with stakeholders, collaborating on technical design.
• Assume the role of product owner when necessary.
• Create system documentation, flow charts, workflow tables, mapping documents, integration specifications, system training materials, user guides, scorecards, and reports.
• Convey technical issues and solutions to business units in accessible, non-technical language.
• Support business architecture, business process design, capability roadmaps, and the development of domain strategies.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and resolve issues related to technology solutions.
• May engage with an agile development team and contribute to complex projects, systems, or initiatives.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in application development, testing, and/or business/systems analysis.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of information technology fields and computer systems.
• Skilled in requirements-gathering methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with architectural standards and the ability to implement them in design tasks.
• Capacity to articulate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong critical-thinking abilities to assess options and propose solutions that align with business goals and strategies.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with systems, subsystems, development methodologies, systems architecture, tools, and processes relevant to assigned business initiatives or systems.
• Experience in applying research methodologies to business solutions.
• Understanding of systems development concepts and methodologies.
• Experience in business requirements and business process analysis.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
