This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Examine, document, and enhance business processes associated with enterprise applications and the CMI & Remote Access environment.
• Collect, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements from various stakeholders.
• Act as the primary technical support contact and manager for the ticket queue within the EST - Technical team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements and propose technology-driven solutions.
• Assist in the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise applications along with their related business processes.
• Organize and take part in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and the validation of business requirements.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve issues related to applications and processes.
• Conduct root cause analyses and support corrective measures for recurring system or operational challenges.
• Partner with developers, infrastructure teams, and support teams to carry out system enhancements and process modifications.
• Create and maintain business requirements documents, process flows, user guides, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist with application upgrades, releases, and change management tasks.
• Monitor system performance and user feedback to discover optimization opportunities.
• Ensure that solutions adhere to organizational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Provide assistance to business users through training, knowledge transfer, and operational support.
• Engage in projects and initiatives that influence enterprise systems and business operations.
• BA/BS or currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Process Analyst, Systems Analyst, or a comparable role supporting enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in gathering, documenting, and converting business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong grasp of business process analysis, workflow documentation, and methodologies for process improvement.
• Experience in supporting enterprise systems within a cross-functional corporate setting.
• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC), change management, and testing methodologies.
• Experience in facilitating discussions between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
