Senior Product Management Analyst, Benefit Protection

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee utilization management, case management, and claims-related functions that support gene therapy initiatives.

• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients and establish client-specific workflows and requirements.

• Manage assigned projects, including timelines, deliverables, and communication with stakeholders.

• Document and maintain workflows, operational procedures, and program-related materials.

• Work with departmental leaders to facilitate enhancements, implementations, and operational advancements.

• Create and present training materials for teams involved in the program.

• Develop client-facing skills and assist with customer-related activities under the direction of product leadership.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts that boost program effectiveness and enhance customer outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 4 years of relevant professional experience.

• High motivation, independence, organization, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.

• Familiarity with utilization management processes.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Capability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with various teams.

• Knowledge of medical or pharmacy claims processing.

• Experience in supporting healthcare programs, product operations, or implementation processes.

• Background in working with cross-functional healthcare teams and client onboarding activities.

• For remote work, internet service must be provided by a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum speed of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload.
