IT Business Partner, SAP, Advanced English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as the intermediary between business sectors, IT, consulting firms, vendors, and leadership.

• Oversee initiatives within the Tax Reform Program, ensuring alignment between business requirements and technological solutions.

• Handle the receipt, evaluation, prioritization, and follow-up of requests.

• Track schedules, deliverables, and commitments to ensure timely execution.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and obstacles, leading mitigation strategies.

• Engage with stakeholders, teams, and partners to guarantee deadlines are achieved.

• Facilitate interdepartmental communication, fostering collaboration and transparency.

• Assist in defining and executing the IT strategy in line with corporate goals.

• Lead governance, follow-up, and status reporting meetings.

• Recommend solutions to organizational, operational, and technology-related issues.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English.

• Proven experience in project management and coordination of strategic IT initiatives.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management within complex environments.

• Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts effectively.

• Experience collaborating with business units, technical teams, consulting firms, and vendors.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Tax Reform projects or regulatory initiatives (preferred).

• Knowledge of SAP environments and enterprise systems (preferred).

• Experience in global companies and multicultural settings (preferred).

• Understanding of project management methodologies and governance (preferred).
