IT Asset Management Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Assist in IT Asset Management (ITAM) projects, which encompass asset inventory, lifecycle updates, tool enhancements, and compliance efforts.

• Evaluate business processes and asset data to discover gaps, trends, and opportunities for optimization.

• Facilitate process enhancements and standardization across ITAM workflows.

• Create reports, dashboards, and project documentation for executive leadership.

• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.

• Design and uphold ITAM policies, standards, and lifecycle procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related discipline.

• At least two (2) years of experience as a project or business analyst.

• Background in data and functional analysis, performance assessment, strategic planning, and process improvement.

• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or comparable tools.

• Proven experience in an Agile work environment.

• Demonstrated ability to maintain knowledge management resources (e.g., documentation on SharePoint).

• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
