This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.
• Act as the main client-facing lead for the daily execution and coordination of programs with government stakeholders.
• Oversee the delivery of program management support activities, which include project planning, schedule management, risk and issue tracking, status reporting, and communication with stakeholders.
• Supervise the creation, upkeep, and presentation of essential project documents, including project management plans, work breakdown structures, program schedules, risk registers, communication plans, status reports, and meeting materials.
• Collaborate with project team members to guarantee that deliverables are accurate, timely, complete, and meet client expectations.
• Track project performance against approved plans, milestones, and delivery schedules; identify discrepancies and suggest corrective actions.
• Facilitate recurring meetings, briefings, and working sessions with government and contractor stakeholders.
• Assist in ITAM governance, policy, strategic planning, and program management activities related to hardware and software asset management workstreams.
• Keep visibility on program risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and decision points.
• Ensure that project documentation is well-organized, accessible, and maintained in accordance with client requirements.
• Aid in audit readiness, compliance reviews, data calls, and reporting to leadership as necessary.
• Foster consistent communication, accountability, and transparency within the project team.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in managing federal IT, program management, or management consulting projects.
• Proven experience in leading client-facing project delivery, encompassing schedule, risk, issue, action item, and deliverable management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-level briefings, reports, and project documentation.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple simultaneous priorities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with government stakeholders, technical teams, analysts, and subject matter experts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
