This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Daily management of helpdesk operations
• Management of Identity and Access protocols
• Ensuring endpoint security and compliance
• Administration of Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms
• Development of internal tools and automation solutions
• Basic support for DevOps tasks
• A minimum of 2 years in IT administration, helpdesk, or a junior DevOps position
• Practical experience with Okta administration
• Hands-on experience with Azure
• Proficient user and administrator of Azure DevOps
• Familiarity with endpoint compliance standards
• Capable of deploying small services using Python or Node
• Flexibility to work remotely
