IT Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and commissioning of our software solutions at client locations

• Manage customer systems within the eGovernment sector

• Oversee and maintain internal business application systems

• Continuously enhance and automate routine tasks

• Set up and sustain development environments

• Manage and oversee the internal IT infrastructure and hardware

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Linux

• Familiarity with at least one scripting language, such as Bash or Python

• Expertise in Microsoft infrastructures, including Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP, and DNS

• Experience in managing Kubernetes environments

• Background in operating open-source databases, such as MariaDB or PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of monitoring solutions, including Grafana and ELK stacks

• Understanding of network security, including common proxies like NGINX and/or web application firewalls (WAFs)

• Experience with PKI management and certificates

• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken German, and good command of written and spoken English

• Methodical approach to work and a strong dedication to quality

• Team-oriented, proactive, and possesses a healthy sense of humor
