Issues & Program Manager, Product Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our Issue Management Program from start to finish — managing issue triage, conducting root cause analysis, and overseeing containment and remediation until resolution.

• Collaborate with teams across Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and Operations to implement new features.

• Develop and enhance processes continuously — incorporating automation and AI tools.

• Lead the execution of product launches from beginning to end, ensuring readiness across Product, Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.

• Cultivate and manage relationships with partners, including banking institutions and strategic collaborators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in technology-centered project management, product operations, or a similar role in the fintech or technology sectors.

• Familiarity with issues management, regulatory compliance, or projects related to risk management.

• A strong passion for utilizing AI to enhance execution processes.

• Excellent data skills—capable of extracting and interpreting reports, and creating your own dashboards.

• Demonstrated ability to spearhead cross-functional initiatives and foster alignment among diverse teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level interactions.

• Capacity to navigate ambiguity, juggle multiple priorities, and independently advance projects.
